Wine Club Agreement
- Join Incognito Winery’s wine club to receive exclusive benefits, special pricing, access to the special events, and four seasonal wine selection packages – 3 bottles per quarter.
- When you join, your credit card will automatically be processed for your first club release. After your initial release, you will receive releases as part of the regular club release schedule.
- Winery Group, Inc. dba Incognito Winery will auto-debit your credit card on file four times a year for 3 bottles of selected wines each quarter for the retail price of the wine minus a 15% club installment discount, plus tax.
- All wines purchased are to be picked up at Incognito Winery.
- All membership changes/cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled. selection. Processed club installments will not be refunded. Changes can be made via email at orders@incognitowinery.com
- Members are responsible for all orders that were billed prior to the notice of cancellation.
- Wine Club selections are processed roughly in October, January, April and July and ready for pick up one month later. We try to run each installment during the second week of the designated month.
- Your sign-up is a minimum commitment to receive four wine club installments.
- Wine Club benefits are non-transferable.
- There are no wine substitutions on automatic club installments.
- Incognito Winery will communicate with members 2 weeks in advance of a wine club installment. All communications from Incognito Winery will be done via email.
- Club Members are responsible for notifying us of any address, phone, email and credit card changes. We encourage all Club Members to activate their online profile to make these changes. Cancellations must be communicated via email – they cannot be done online.
- Members who do not claim their club installment order (orders not claimed after 90 days of purchase) will have their order donated to a local charity.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
I acknowledge I am over 21 years of age and desire to subscribe to the wine club and will pick up the wine at Incognito Winery. I am solely responsible for ordering the wine and am authorizing Incognito Winery to securely store my payment information and to charge my credit card for all costs in my membership agreement. Memberships will be renewed quarterly unless Incognito Winery is notified of cancellation. Incognito Winery reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
