About Kenny Phillips
Started Cooking in 1979 and landed a job at The Plaza of the America's / Café' Royal in 1980. Worked along side some amazing Chefs from Europe and graduates from the CIA, Like David Holbein, Nick Barkley, Hans Bergman and Allister Revel. I was a sponge for knowledge. Moved to The Rivera Restaurant when Franco Bortolesi opened it with Chef Holbein. Became the chef at Dallas Theological Seminary and fed the pastors studying there. Several other stents at well known places like Culpeper's Steak House and Le Dupree restaurant de France. Then came the chance of a Lifetime, I became the Private Chef for A-Rod. What an Adventure!
So, you will just have to come to "Incognito Winery" here in Rockwall to find out more, hear some stories and eat some of the dishes I made for Alex and his guests !
