Ryan Jungman is a highly experienced and creative Chef in both fine dining and pastries. With almost 25 years of experience, his passion remains in bringing new unique flavors to the table while curating innovative pastry art. Ryan has made his mark through Dallas over the past two decades working at renowned restaurants such as Stephan Pyles, Nick and Sam’s, and The Statler Hotel to name a few. Starting as a dishwasher and moving his way up to the top, Ryan has co- opened Charlie Palmers with Scott Romono, Breadwinners at Inwood and Northpark, and many other known restaurants. Through his hard work and eclectic style, he has been awarded praise and recognition in D Magazine, The Dallas Morning News, and the Dallas Observer. Ryan’s passion doesn’t end here, he also has a side business, “Not Your Average Pie” where he focuses on making both traditional and non traditional pies. Chef Ryan is a talented and skillful artist who enjoys bringing people together over the comfort of food and of course pastries!
