Charlie and Kim are the wonderful owners of Incognito Winery. After being wed in December of 2017, the two began seeking high quality wines as a mutual hobby. After some time they began to forge relationships with wineries all over Napa Valley, learning about wine making and the growth of different varietals. After bringing home their favorite red wines and high end labels, they found that they continually needed more bottles due to their family being big fans of their finds. After a ton of research and a little elbow grease, Kim and Charlie opened Incognito to share some of their favorite wines from the northwest region with the people of Rockwall. Using their connections with well known wineries, they have been able to buy overage barrels and stamp their famous Incognito labels on the bottles. Both Charlie and Kim have servants' hearts rooted in Christ, and through this they continue to bring people together through hospitality, food, and of course amazing wines.
